Bienvenidos a Mexico

telescopic belt conveyors for a flour mill in Mexico

Newland Engineering have recently completed an order for three telescopic belt conveyors for a flour mill in Mexico.

All three telescopic boom conveyors (Newland Multi-Telescopic model MTC4)  are mounted on ‘high level’ fixed chassis, operating from ground level.

The vehicle loading conveyors are to be placed at the end of ‘Bagging Lines’ receiving 50kg bags from an overhead conveyor line, thus eliminating the requirement for a ‘Tail Conveyor’. The bags are loaded directly into containers & trailers with throughput from each bagging line of up to 1200 bags/hr.

Michael Kyrycz, Newland UK & Export Technical Sales Manager comments that:

“Mexico is not a new market for Newland Engineering, we have been exporting to Mexico for over 35 years, mainly to the ‘Bulk Handling’ market sector. The telescopic units supplied to the bulk handling market are designed & engineered specifically for the heavy duty vehicle loading operation & the environment they are working in.”

Machine signage & technical documents are in the Spanish language and a Spanish version of our company brochure is available for download here.
