Automation is becoming more and more important in the Logistics sector and is a real asset to any business, improving efficiency and reducing manual handling. Our conveyors have offered a variety of automation for decades and we can easily integrate our products into a variety of warehouse systems. We understand that it is critical to keep downtime to a minimum and with this in mind are able to offer Maintenance Agreements to suit your individual requirements. We also offer a comprehensive package of spare parts which can be held on site.
Service Engineers
All our qualified service engineers have worked on the manufacturing side of the business which means their knowledge of the product is comprehensive and in 99% of cases repairs are completed on the first site visit. We have a built a reputation for exemplary after sales support and receive complimentary feedback from customers regularly, particularly about the engineer’s efficiency and attitude, together with our speed of response to any issue or requirement.
Spare Parts and Maintenance
Newland’s conveyor machinery is designed with ease of maintenance in mind, helping to keep downtime during routine servicing and essential repairs to a minimum. As manufacturers, we have a readily available and comprehensive stock of spare parts which can be delivered to a customer’s site by the next day – in some cases the same day! Our service engineers always carry a range of spare parts in their vehicles but we encourage customers to hold a comprehensive package of spare parts on site.
